Every project, I strive to try something that’s either new to me or to videography in general. These are some of my more recent projects, as well as being ones I’m particularly proud of.
Only I am Real
A pure passion project using level-building skills in unreal to construct a realistic envrionment that I then chromakeyed myself into. Hence the name, Only I am Real. This is technically only a mimickry of Virtual Production, with the only step missing being the LED studio rather than chromakeying.
Virtual Production Student Demo
As close as we can get to professional-level virtual production work with our current resources. The main reason I am proud of this project is because the audio is a single clean edit of 2 different recordings that each had their own problems. I tinkered a lot with audio speeds to line the words up closely.
Nikka Yuko Japanese Gardens
Projection Dome Student Showcase
An animation that is currently being showcased at the aformentioned gardens. They have a unique projection dome with a series of 8 projectors to present this piece along the domed cieling. This project was made entirely virtually, with the images generated off of Microsoft’s AI image generator, then animated by myself.
Surrealism in Motion Design
The first time I really started using my own art in a project. Born because I wanted to create the feeling of walking through a child’s drawing for this animation, and I think it worked quite well.
